Editing users on the POS device
To edit a user’s details, login to your merchant dashboard
1. Click the “In-Person Payments” tab in the top navigation.
2. Navigate to “Manage” and then “Staff” in the side menu to access the staff management page.
3. On the staff page, locate the user and click the vertical three dots next to their name.
4. Select “Edit Staff”. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to update the user’s details such as name, PIN, or role permissions.
5. After making changes, click “Edit Staff” to save.
