When the device is on the home screen, the current active user is displayed at the top, with a green indicator next to their name. To switch users:

1.    Click on the “Switch User” chevron next to the user’s name.

2.    This opens the “Switch Staff” screen, displaying all available users from the merchant dashboard.

3.    Tap on the user you wish to switch to, then enter their PIN when prompted.

4.    Click “Continue” to make the new user the active user.
