What should I do if I’m unable to log in to the Payfast by Network App?


The Payfast App is only for verified Payfast merchants. If you are a verified Payfast merchant, you can simply log in with your Payfast credentials.

If you have never signed up for Payfast, you can sign up via the app welcome screen or on the Payfast website, and once verified, you will be able to log into the Payfast App. If you have signed up, but not yet been verified, or have been unverified, you will not be able to log into the app until you are verified.
