You will receive your SmartView Performance Report monthly via email. The report can be accessed anytime via your email inbox.
I have been charged a SmartView Performance Report fee in the past which I was not aware of. I don’t want these charges in the future and want a refund for the amount charged in the past.
You can opt-out from receiving the SmartView Performance Report at any time by logging in to your Dashboard, clicking on "Settings" clicking on "SmartView" and toggling the button off. We will stop sending you the SmartView Performance Report from the next month, and you will not be charged of any SmartView Performance Report fees going forward. I'm being charged for the SmartView Performance Report, but I'm not receiving it.
I get the SmartView Performance Report for only some of my stores, I want my other stores to be added.
Please send an email to support@payfast.help specifying the Merchant ID and Merchant Name for which you want to receive the report, and we will start sending the report next month.
I don’t understand the SmartView Performance report sent to me. Can I request a demo?
