Requesting more devices

Requesting more devices

The number of devices you can order online is limited based on your merchant account type:

·      Sole Trader: 1 device

·      NPO: 1 device

·      Business Merchant: 2 devices

Once you reach your order limit, the “Order Device” button on the “Need More Devices” tile in the dashboard will change to “Request More Devices”. If you require additional devices beyond the limit, follow these steps:

1.    Click on the “Request More Devices” button.

2.    This will open the “Request More Devices” form, displaying your contact information and a field where you can select the number of additional devices you need.

3.    Click “Confirm” to submit your request.

4.    A feedback pop-up will confirm that your request has been successfully submitted.

A sales agent will contact you to process your request.
