Merchant dashboard transaction history explained

The Merchant Dashboard offers additional functionality for managing your transaction history compared to the transaction history displayed on the POS device.

1.    Advanced Filters: You can filter transactions by:

·      Specific Staff Members

·      Individual Devices

·      Date Range

·      Transaction Type (including prepaid transactions)

2.    Detailed Transaction Information: Each transaction in the dashboard includes:

·      Payment ID

·      Gross Amount

·      Fees Charged

·      Net Amount (total after fees)

Additionally, you can download your transaction history for record-keeping or reporting purposes.
