Merchant dashboard tracking

Once you have ordered your POS device, you can easily track its delivery status on your merchant dashboard. The delivery process typically takes 3-5 working days from the time of your order. Follow the steps below to track your order:

  1. Log into Your Merchant Dashboard

·      Navigate to the "In-Person Payments" section by clicking on the "In-Person Payments" tab in the top navigation bar.

  1. View Device Information

·      On the "In-Person Payments" landing page, you will see a tile displaying the details of your ordered device.

·      If you've ordered more than one device, a hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) will appear, allowing you to toggle between different devices linked to your profile. Click on the desired device to view its information in the tile.

  1. Track Delivery Status

·      The device tile will show important details including:

    • Status: Indicates the delivery progress of the device.
    • Serial Number: Required for activating your device upon delivery.
    • Device Name: This is provided by default, but you can change it by clicking the edit icon, entering a new name, and confirming the change by clicking "Edit."
  1. Order Statuses Explained
    The device status will help you track your order’s progress. Here’s what each status means:

·      Order Received: We have confirmed your payment details, and your order is being packaged.

·      In Transit: Your device has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.

·      Delivered: The device has been delivered to your specified address.

·      Active: The device has been successfully activated.
