Once you have ordered your POS device, you can easily track its delivery status on your merchant dashboard. The delivery process typically takes 3-5 working days from the time of your order. Follow the steps below to track your order:
· Navigate to the "In-Person Payments" section by clicking on the "In-Person Payments" tab in the top navigation bar.
· On the "In-Person Payments" landing page, you will see a tile displaying the details of your ordered device.
· If you've ordered more than one device, a hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) will appear, allowing you to toggle between different devices linked to your profile. Click on the desired device to view its information in the tile.
· The device tile will show important details including:
· Order Received: We have confirmed your payment details, and your order is being packaged.
· In Transit: Your device has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.
· Delivered: The device has been delivered to your specified address.
· Active: The device has been successfully activated.
