Managing Your Subscription & Updating Card Details

To view or manage your subscription, follow these steps:

1.    Log in to your Payfast merchant dashboard.

2.    Navigate to the "In-Person Payments" tab.

3.    Click on "My Buyers Account" in the side navigation menu, then tap on "My Subscriptions".

4.    On the "My Subscriptions" landing page, your POS device subscription will display under the subscription table if it is your only subscription, showing:

·      Merchant: Device Subscription

·      Item Name: Card Machine

·      Frequency: Monthly

·      Amount: R49

·      Linked Card: The card you provided during purchase

·      Next Payment Date

·      Final Payment Date: Displayed as an infinity symbol (∞), indicating the subscription is recurring

·      Created: The date you purchased the device

·      Status: Active

·      Action: Two options:

    • Edit Linked Card: To update your recurring payment card details.
    • Subscription Details: To view your subscription details and history.

5.    If you have multiple subscriptions, you can search for your device subscription using the following filters:

·      Merchant: Device Subscription

·      Amount: R49

·      Status Filter: Active

6.    After entering your search criteria, click Search to find the relevant subscription.
