How to Upload a PayBatch File on MAP

  1. Login and Access PayBatch:
    • Log in to the Merchant Access Portal (MAP).
    • Click on PayBatch in the side navigation menu.
    • On the PayBatch Manager page, click the Upload New File button. This will take you to the Upload PayBatch File page.
  2. Select Batch Transaction Type:
    • You will see options to select the batch transaction type. Choose between Authorisations, Settlements, or Refunds.
    • After selecting a transaction type, the Upload button and the specific batch transaction format for your selected type will appear.
  3. Batch Transaction Formats: The batch file format varies based on the type of transaction:
    • For Authorisations:

  1. Upload the File:
    • Click on the Upload button to select the file you want to upload.
    • Once the file is selected, its name will appear below the Upload button.
  2. Validate the File:
    • After uploading, click on the Validate File button to ensure the file format is correct.
    • If the validation is successful, you will receive feedback, and you will be redirected back to the PayBatch Manager page.
