Before selling prepaid products, you need to top up your wallet, as all prepaid sales are deducted from your wallet balance. You will be charged a total of R10 (R8.70 Top up fee & R1.30 Top up fee tax) as a fee for every top up made

To top up:

1. On the Manage Prepaid page, you will see your wallet balance. This is linked to the balance shown on your POS device’s prepaid landing screen.
2. To top up, enter a minimum amount of R250, or select one of the pre-configured amounts displayed, and tap "Top Up."
3. You’ll be redirected to a payment page where you can enter your card details and complete the payment.

Once the payment is successful, the wallet balance on both your merchant dashboard and POS device will update with the topped-up amount, allowing you to process prepaid sales.

Note: Every time a customer purchases a prepaid product, the value of that product will be deducted from your wallet balance. When your balance reaches zero, you won’t be able to process prepaid sales until you top up again.
