To sell prepaid Vouchers, follow these steps:

1. Tap the "Prepaid" tile on your device's landing screen. This will take you to the Prepaid screen, where you can see your wallet balance. Ensure your balance is not zero before proceeding.
2. From the displayed products, select "Vouchers". This will navigate you to the Vouchers screen, where you’ll need to choose a voucher product from the list: Hollywood Bets and LottoStar.
3. Tap the voucher product your customer is purchasing then select the voucher product amount from the list displayed.
4. Once the voucher amount is selected, tap "Confirm."
5. Next, choose the payment method:
• Card Payment: This will navigate to the card payment screen, where the customer can tap or insert their card or device. If there is no card activity for a while, the device will display a "No Card Detected" message and cancel the transaction. If the payment is successful, you’ll be taken to the Payment Successful screen, be given a choice to print the voucher (depending on device capability) or send the voucher to the customer via sms or email. If the payment fails, the device will notify you.
• Cash Payment: If cash payments are enabled, selecting "Cash" will complete the transaction and take you to the receipt screen, confirming the sale. You can then send the voucher to the customer via SMS or email.
