How to Request a Product on MAP
If a product is not yet enabled for you, it will be marked with a red "x" on the product tile, along with a “Request” button. To request access:
- Click the “Request” button on the product tile you want to request activation for.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking if you are sure about your request. Click “Yes” to proceed or “Cancel” to dismiss the pop-up.
- After selecting "Yes," a confirmation pop-up will appear, notifying you that a ticket has been submitted to our merchant services team. They will contact you to process your request.
