The Prepaid Payout page allows you to withdraw funds from your prepaid wallet. Each payout incurs a total fee of R10, which consists of a payout fee of R8.70 and a payout fee tax of R1.30.

To access the Prepaid Payout page:

1. Log into your dashboard.
2. Navigate to the In-Person Payments tab in the top menu.
3. Select Prepaid, then click on Payouts.

This will bring you to the Prepaid Payout page, where you can view your wallet balance, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and click the “Payout” button to initiate the withdrawal.

Important Notes:

• No payouts can be made if your wallet balance is R0.
• The minimum amount you can withdraw is your wallet balance minus the R10 fee.
• You are allowed to make only one payout per day from your prepaid wallet.

How to Make a Prepaid Payout

1. Enter the Amount: Input the amount you wish to withdraw, ensuring that the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available wallet balance minus the R10 fee.
2. Click the “Payout” Button: Once the amount is entered, click on the “Payout” button. The page will process your request, and one of the following outcomes may occur:
• Payout Successful: This means your payout has been successfully transferred to your verified merchant bank account.
• Could Not Process Payout Error: This occurs if the amount entered is higher than the available balance for withdrawal.
• Payout Already Queued for Merchant Error: This means you have already made a payout request for the day. You will need to wait until the next day to initiate another payout.
