How to Log a Support Ticket

1.    Click the “In-Person Payments” tab in the top navigation and navigate to the dashboard landing.

2.    Locate the device tile on the dashboard and select the device you wish to get support for.

  1. Click the “Get Support” button on the device tile
  2. This will open the “Need Support” pop-up, where you can select the type of help you need from a drop-down menu with the following options:
    • Device is Damaged: Choose this if your device was delivered damaged or if it was damaged later and needs replacement.
    • Issue with Payments: Select this to query subscription billing or payment issues.
    • I Want to Replace This Device: Use this when you want to replace your current device with another one.
    • I Want to Return This Device: Select this to cancel your subscription and return the device.
    • Other: Choose this for reasons not covered by the above options.
  3. Click the “Submit” button to submit your ticket. A success pop-up will confirm your request, and merchant services will contact you to address your query.
