How to edit Products on the POS device

How to edit Products on the POS device

1.    Login to your merchant dashboard.

2.    Click on the “In-Person Payments” tab in the top navigation menu.

3.    Once on the In-Person Payments landing page, select “Products” from the side navigation menu.

4.    On the Products landing page, you will see all the products loaded in your catalogue. Find the product you wish to edit.

5.    Click on the three vertical dots next to the product and select “Edit Product” from the menu options.

6.    An “Edit Product” pop-up will appear, allowing you to make changes to the following fields:

·      Product Name

·      Description

·      Price

·      Tax (VAT or No VAT)

·      Category

·      Show on app (whether the product shows up on the POS device)

7.    Once your changes are complete, click the “Edit Product” button to confirm your changes.

·      Your edits will now reflect on both the Products dashboard and your POS device.
