How to Edit User Information in the Merchant Access Portal (MAP) | Step-by-Step Guide

How to Edit a User on MAP

  1. Navigate to the Administration tab in the side navigation menu and click on Users.
  2. You will be directed to the Users Administration landing page.
  3. Select the user you want to edit by checking the box next to their name. This will enable the Edit button at the bottom of the table.
  4. Click the Edit button to navigate to the User Administration: Edit User page, where you can update the relevant information.
  5. To save the changes, click the Save button. To cancel any changes, click the Cancel button.
  6. A pop-up will appear confirming that the user has been successfully updated.
  7. To view the changes, return to the Users page in the side navigation. The updated user will appear in the list.
