Important: When deleting all products within a specific category, the category will be removed from the POS device. However, the category will still remain visible and accessible on the merchant dashboard for you to assign products to.
1. Login to your merchant dashboard.
2. Click on the “In-Person Payments” tab in the top navigation menu.
3. Navigate to the Products section by selecting “Products” from the side navigation.
4. On the Products landing page, locate the product you want to delete.
5. Click the three vertical dots next to the product and select “Delete Product.”
6. A “Delete Product” pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion. If you are sure, click “Delete” to permanently remove the product from both the dashboard and the POS device.
a. If you change your mind, click “Cancel” to exit without deleting the product.
7. Once confirmed, the product will no longer appear on the POS device or the product list in the dashboard.
