How can I obtain a proof of refund?

To obtain a proof of refund do the following:

  1. Log in to your PayFast account. 
  2. Navigate to Transactions > History. 
  3. Locate the purchase transaction that was already refunded, for which you require the proof of refund for.
  4. Select the printer icon in the far right column. You can either pull a refund report as a PDF document or print it directly.
