Dashboard View Explained

The Dashboard View is the default landing page for In-Person Payments, accessible by tapping on the “In-Person Payments” tab. If you are a new user, the dashboard is where you can start the order process for your device. Once you have ordered a device, the dashboard transforms to display the following:

  1. Device Tile: Shows an image of the device you ordered, the device name (which you can edit), the status of the device (including order status if you’ve just ordered it), the serial number, and a “Get Support” button to log a support ticket related to the device. If you have multiple devices, you can toggle between them using a button to view each device's details.
  2. Billing Tile: Displays the date of your next billing and the amount to be charged.
  3. Revenue Graphs: Shows daily revenue for the current month, along with a comparison graph for the previous month's revenue.
  4. Order More Devices Tile: Allows you to order or request additional devices.
  5. Knowledge Base Button: Provides access to articles and answers to common questions related to In-Person Payments.
  6. Support Button: For general queries not related to a specific device.
