Courier tracking

We have partnered with Aramex to handle the delivery of your POS device. Once your shipment has been collected from the warehouse, Aramex will send you an email using the email address provided during your order. You will receive updates on:

1.    Shipment Collection: When your device is collected from the warehouse.

2.    Delivery Notification: On the day of delivery, you will be informed of the expected delivery time.

3.    Delivery Confirmation: A final email will confirm that your device has been delivered.

You can identify your POS device shipment using the prefix OMA followed by a 12-digit courier reference number (e.g., OMA0930085193513).
