1. Shipment Collection: When your device is collected from the warehouse.
2. Delivery Notification: On the day of delivery, you will be informed of the expected delivery time.
3. Delivery Confirmation: A final email will confirm that your device has been delivered.
You can identify your POS device shipment using the prefix OMA followed by a 12-digit courier reference number (e.g., OMA0930085193513).
