You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your subscription will result in the collection of the POS device as the device is only free to use while your subscription with us is active.
To cancel your device subscription, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your merchant dashboard.
2. Navigate to the "In-Person Payments" tab.
3. Select the device you wish to cancel.
4. Click the "Get Support" button.
5. From the dropdown menu, choose "I want to return this device."
6. Click Submit.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, informing you that your cancellation request has been submitted to the support team. The support team will then contact you via the mobile number registered to your profile to process the cancellation.
Important things to note regarding cancellation:
· The device will be collected within 1 week from the time of cancellation
· Your billing will end once the device has been collected by our courier and returned to the warehouse for inspection
