You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your subscription will result in the collection of the POS device.
1. Log in to your merchant dashboard.
2. Navigate to the "In-Person Payments" tab.
3. Select the device you wish to cancel.
4. Click the "Get Support" button.
5. From the dropdown menu, choose "I want to return this device."
6. Click Submit.
Important things to note regarding cancellation:
· The device will be collected within 1 week from the time of cancellation
· Your billing will end once the device has been collected by our courier and returned to the warehouse for inspection
