Ordering a device on your merchant dashboard

1.    Login and Navigate

·      Log in to your merchant dashboard.

·      Click on the “In-Person Payments” tab in the top navigation bar. This will take you to the "In-Person Payments" landing page.

2.    Order Your Device

·      Click the “Order Now” button to access the order summary page.

·      Depending on your merchant account type, there are limits on the number of devices you can order:

o   Sole Trader: 1 device

o   NPO: 1 device

o   Business Merchant: 2 devices

·      If you require more than the allocated limit, click “Request More Devices” and provide your contact information and device request. Our sales team will get in touch with you.

3.    Order Summary

·      Select the quantity of devices (up to the maximum limit).

·      Optionally, opt in to sell prepaid airtime, data, and more.

·      The total monthly subscription cost based on the devices ordered will be displayed, along with the amount due now (which is always R0, as the device is free to use with no upfront charges).

4.    Terms & Conditions

·      Accept the Terms & Conditions to proceed. The "Next" button will only be enabled after acceptance. To read the terms and conditions, click the hyperlink.

5.    Delivery Information

·      On the "Delivery" page, the address pre-populated with your business information will be displayed.

·      You can edit this if you need the devices delivered to a different location.

·      Once the address is confirmed, click "Next."

6.    Payment and Activation

·      Review your order on the payment screen.

·      Click “Activate Subscription” to proceed.

·      Enter your recurring card details for the monthly subscription.

·      Complete card authentication via 3D Secure (3DS). A R1 charge will be processed to verify the account.

·      After successful authentication, you will land on the "Success" screen, which confirms that your subscription has been activated. Delivery details will also be provided.

7.    Order Tracking

·      Click “Go to Dashboard” to track your order status, view the next billing date, and access additional features such as the knowledge base, device activation, or customer support.

·      Note: The “Activate Device” button will only become enabled once your device has been delivered.
