Administration Overview: Managing Users, Permissions, and Company Configurations

The Administration section, accessible via the side navigation bar, serves as the central hub for managing users, permissions, and company configurations. Access to this section is permission-restricted, allowing you to control which user groups can manage specific functions within the portal.

In this section, you can:

  1. Manage Users: Add, edit, and delete users within your organization, assigning them to specific user groups based on their roles and required permissions.
  2. User Groups: Create and manage user groups, setting the permissions for each group to control access to various features within the portal.
  3. Configure Products: Manage the PayGate products your company is using by editing existing product settings or requesting additional products.
  4. Update Company Information: Easily update key company details such as your business address, contact information, website, VAT registration, and more.
  5. View Invoices: Access invoices sent to your business by PayGate.
